AI-native products
Designing software where the model is a core component, not an afterthought — agents, retrieval pipelines, and structured prompting that hold up in production.
I’m Matt Ferry. By day I’m an IT Business Relationship Manager at Sutherland — ten-plus years of enterprise IT, project management, and aligning technology with the people who depend on it. Outside of work I founded OCS Holdings as a home for the AI-native side projects I build — small, focused tools for developers, not enterprise platforms.
Small surface area, deep stack. I build the product, run the infrastructure, and ship the thing.
Designing software where the model is a core component, not an afterthought — agents, retrieval pipelines, and structured prompting that hold up in production.
Self-hosted GPU stacks, on-prem inference, Tailscale meshes, and the boring plumbing that lets a small team run like a much bigger one.
CLIs, gateways, MCP servers, and agent harnesses — the kind of tools I’d want as a developer, with the rough edges sanded down.
Outside of the day job, I run a steady stream of side projects under OCS Holdings — small developer tools and AI-native experiments, not enterprise software.
An AI-native project management platform built from scratch on Next.js and Prisma. Replaces ceremony with planning the model can actually help with.
A federated mesh of MCP servers backed by a shared state database. Keys, users, and services follow me across every Claude Code instance — no copy-paste, no drift.
An OAuth-aware gateway that routes my Claude Code, Discord, and Telegram traffic across self-hosted GPUs and the Anthropic API — one brain, one bill, painless model swaps.
An installer and curated library of agents, skills, and rules for Claude Code — the way I wish it had shipped out of the box.
